Raw Material/Components 

Through E-bidding, we select the reliable upstream supplier sources.  

After field working to facilities of candidate suppliers in details of their engineer resouce status, supply capability, quality control system and cash flow condition, we invite at least 4 companies for E-bidding to determine the top 1-2 vendors for the parter suppliers with the best cost and quality material and components.

Production/Testing Control
Our whole QC procedures include:

* Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

* In-process Quality Control (IPQC)

* Final Quality Control (FQC)

* Output Quality Control (OQC)

1) IQC will judge all raw materials and accessories base on material type A/B/C and engineer spec. All defects are immediately rejected to be MRB warehouse and entering return process.

2) IPQC will ensure quality testing and analysis made in each product line:
A). Workers manufacture products in accordance with provided engineer documents;
B). Products will be periodically checked to ensure randomized testing. Our IPQC team completes a tour of inspection and parts are spot checked before they are able to move on to the next phase, unqulified products-in-process will be reworked or scrapped base on qulity status;  

3) FQC will check all finish goods to determine their quality level; only products passed all tests can be received by finish goods warehouse.

4) OQC will check quality again to give stamp of approval to products meeting all standards for shipping department to delivery, and until now the product will be allowed to ship off to you!

RMA/Corrections
Quality feedback from the customers will be rapidly and efficiently refelected to QC and technical team through Marketing members, all corresponding design improvements and correct actions will be happened as quickly as possible.
